The company’s authorized business activities include Oil and Gas, Mining and Mining Services including Heavy Duty Mining Equipment, Gold Trading and Project Management.
Our team of experts and technicians have over 70 years of combined professional experience in the oil and energy sector, mining and mining services sector gold trading, and project management profession.

- Holds interest in Sonsoma Resources Ltd, A green field gold exploration in Ghana.

- Supplies of Auger, RC and Diamond Drilling machines to Toomahit Drilling Co. Ltd
- Supported Asante Gold Corporation to raise $ 100 million through a forward sale of gold agreement with the Bank of Ghana.
- AyeCarr played key roles in negotiations for equity financing into the operations of Bibiani Mines owned by Asante Gold Corporation.
- AyeCarr is supporting FlatC Marine offshore, a local content company operating in the marine sector in Ghana to raise $24million from TLG Capital

A trained Mining Engineer with expertise in mining, oil and gas and project management. He has over 25 years of experience covering USA and Africa. He has worked with World Bank and other international partners on numerous projects in Africa covering various sectors.

Director
Is a seasoned business person with wealth of experience in marketing and product development. She has been part of the sales and product development team creating new market opportunities for the company.

Technical Officer
Vincent Kengo has a wealth of experience spanning over 10 years in Oil and Gas. He is a seasoned businessman who has attended various management courses and training. Mr.Vincent is a seasoned gold trader and key contact person for AyeCarr in refined petroleum products in the French-speaking countries of West Africa. He holds a bachelor’s Degree in Economics from de University of Lagos Nigeria (UNILAG).
